Refund policy

We have a 7-day return/refund policy, and you have 7 days after receiving the item to apply for a return/refund.

We currently do not accept any international returns* (returns outside of Taiwan)

We are currently not accepting any exchanges.

Return shipping costs must be borne by yourself.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Before returning the product, you can info@just-dutch.com.tw Contact us. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and problems

Please inspect your order upon receipt and if the item is defective, damaged or you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the problem and correct it.

Refund

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded via your original payment method. We will refund the amount of your order minus return shipping charges. It may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
