Shipping & Delivery

◾️Shipping time

All orders will be processed within 1~2 business days after receiving the order confirmation email (excluding weekends and holidays). 

Please note that these delivery estimates do not include time needed for customs clearance in your country.

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email along with tracking number. 

◾️Shipping method and delivery time

Taiwan

• In-store pickup｜Approximately 2 days for delivery after shipment
• The recipient's name must match the name on their ID!
• If the package cannot be collected due to a name mismatch, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping fee.

• Post
• Orders are shipped during Monday to Thursday, will arrive the next day.
• Orders shipped on Friday will arrive the following Tuesday.
• Delivery may be delayed in case of special circumstances or public holidays.

Other countries

• SF Express (Subject to smooth flight schedules and customs clearance)

• International shipping (Chunghwa Post)
